Delete Account
In the app, open Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to verify your Apple identity again and confirm.
What deletion covers
This deletes your account, peer profile, and local practice data. It cannot be undone. Original Apple Health data and Apple's purchase records remain; cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple Account settings.
